You start a Handshake — an in-app message thread — to discuss the job without sharing personal contact info. Once both parties agree on the scope and price, the job moves to Committed, your contact details are exchanged, and the provider delivers. After the work is done, both sides close it out.

Business providers pay a subscription fee to be listed on and use the platform. Independent (gig) tech providers pay a small platform fee on each completed job. Techmatcher never marks up what you pay the provider — our cut comes entirely from the provider side.

No. The price you see is the price the provider charges. Techmatcher does not add surcharges, booking fees, or service charges on top of a provider's rate.
